Many times my enemies sought to take my life:
With bullets, bombs, and even deadly poison
They feared the truth and sought to silence me
Since the light would uncover their hideous crimes
They took my son from me, and killed many others
Crimes where no one has been brought to justice
Creating an immense sea of tears, pain and suffering
Fathers, mothers, wives, sisters and sons: hearts broken
One day, my enemies may succeed and I will indeed die
If they try one hundred more times to do so
But they cannot silence the truth and the light
Even the immense ocean of suffering cannot drown the truth
The end may come, but my soul will have no fear
Smiling with dignity even in the face of death
But you sad criminals with minds full of darkness
You will be lost in the suffering you created
You will drown alone in misery, pain, and tears
And covered in your shame you will die
