Being poor is not a disease and nothing to be ashamed of. For a good, hard-working man it’s only a challenge he faces as he goes through life’s ups and downs. What is truly shameful is to try to get out of that poverty using arbitrary political tricks and laws to steal by force the wealth that others labored so hard to earn. That is worse than shameful, it is criminal! Whoever takes this path or agitates for it should be universally repudiated by society, no matter who those people are. Such agitators should be condemned and sent to jail for many years, forced to work while incarcerated until they learn by their own sweat how unfair their doctrines were and not to be abusers of others. Only then can they truly realize the depths of their crimes and repent for the path they took in life.
