Gift from Pope John Paul II

Years ago, when Pope John Paul II was still in office, D’Marmol’s book, Cuba Russian Roulette of America came out in Spanish and was published all over the world. This book gave a detailed account of the spy’s life, starting in Cuba as a young man believing in Castro and his new regime. It follows him through his disillusion with the new Communists as they take from the rich and give to… themselves! This book reached Europe and South America and even the Vatican. Not long after, the Master Spy received a gift: a cross from the Pope himself in recognition and congratulations for the book being published.
